Director of User Experience @ ASHA
Rhoni is the Director of User Experience at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has been a UX professional for 10 years and has worked in startups, consulting firms, non-profits, and has freelanced. In her current position, she leads a homegrown UX team and is focused both on providing high-quality user experience and customer experiences across ASHA’s digital products, and educating the organization on the value of UX and the changing UX expectations of our customers.
Rhoni is a classic overthinker. That’s why she is so invested in user research and making data-driven decisions (both in her work and home life.) She has developed product strategies and brand strategies based on this philosophy. She has promoted the value of UX research across ASHA and has built UX research into the basic project lifecycle for all user-facing products.
